Michael has spent his career on the factory floor of electronic safety-device manufacturing, working through in-house SMT assembly lines and injection-molding tooling that produce personal alarms, sensor alarms, and GPS trackers for buyers worldwide.
His work centers on the technical decisions that determine whether a device performs as specified: real-decibel testing against labeled dB ratings, anti-false-trigger circuit design, battery selection for long field life, and the certification process for CE, RoHS, FCC, and REACH compliance. He works directly with OEM/ODM clients translating a buyer's logo, color, and functional requirements into a production-ready spec sheet.
When he writes about manufacturing, sensor technology, or trackers, it comes from direct involvement in production runs and quality-control checks, not secondhand research.
